2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate. However:

• Natural variation in raw ingredients may occur
• Nutritional values are approximate
• Packaging and appearance may change without notice

All products are sold refrigerated and are never frozen unless explicitly stated.

3. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Orders may be placed through:

• WhatsApp
• Phone
• Website contact methods

An order is considered confirmed only after:

• Payment is received, or
• Order confirmation is issued by us

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to:

• Product unavailability
• Delivery limitations
• Incorrect pricing
• Suspected fraudulent activity

4. PRICING & TAXES

• All listed prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated
• Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated before confirmation
• Prices may change without prior notice

5. PAYMENT TERMS

Payments may be accepted via:

• UPI
• Bank transfer
• Approved payment methods

Orders may not be processed until payment confirmation is received unless otherwise agreed.

6. DELIVERY & STORAGE RESPONSIBILITY

We deliver products under refrigerated conditions where applicable.

Once the order is delivered:

• The customer is responsible for storing the product at 2–5°C
• We are not liable for quality deterioration due to improper storage after delivery
• Delivery time estimates are indicative, not guaranteed

7. SHELF LIFE & HANDLING

• Products have a refrigerated shelf life of up to 30 days when stored correctly
• Shelf life begins from production date printed on packaging
• Products must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery
• Freezing is not recommended

We are not responsible for spoilage due to improper handling or storage by the customer.

8. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Due to the perishable nature of food products:

• Orders cannot be returned once delivered
• Refunds are not provided for change of mind
• Refund or replacement may be considered only if:
  • Product is damaged on delivery
  • Incorrect item is supplied
  • Quality issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery

Evidence such as photos may be required.

9. HEALTH & DIETARY DISCLAIMER

Our products are intended as food items, not medical products.

• Customers with allergies or medical conditions should review ingredients carefully
