REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of our refrigerated food products, Tenderly Yours follows a limited refund and replacement policy as outlined below.
1. GENERAL POLICY
Food products once delivered cannot normally be returned.
Refunds or replacements are considered only in genuine cases of:
- Damaged packaging at delivery
- Incorrect product supplied
- Product spoiled at the time of delivery
- Missing items in order
Requests must be raised within the specified reporting window.
2. REPORTING WINDOW
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include:
- Order details
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
Claims raised after 24 hours may not be eligible.
3. ELIGIBLE RESOLUTIONS
After review, we may offer:
- Replacement of the affected product, OR
- Partial refund, OR
- Full refund (only in verified cases of non-delivery or unusable product)
The resolution will be decided based on the nature of the issue.
4. NON-ELIGIBLE CASES
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after ordering
- Improper storage after delivery
- Product kept outside refrigeration
- Freezing of the product by the customer
- Taste preference or personal dislike
- Minor packaging cosmetic issues that do not affect safety
5. DELIVERY-RELATED CONDITIONS
If the delivery is successfully completed at the address provided:
- Responsibility for storage shifts to the customer
- Products must be refrigerated immediately at 2–5°C
- We are not liable for spoilage due to delayed refrigeration
6. REFUND PROCESSING TIME
If a refund is approved:
- UPI refunds: typically processed within 3–5 working days
- Bank transfers: 5–7 working days
- Replacement deliveries will be scheduled based on availability
7. ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled:
- Before dispatch confirmation
- Subject to product preparation status
Once the order is dispatched or handed to the delivery partner, cancellation may not be possible.
8. POLICY UPDATES
Tenderly Yours reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
